15 Point Cooling Clean and Check
- Visually inspect complete mechanical system
- Spot check ductwork condition
- Monitor complete cooling cycle
- Measure refrigerant balance(1lb freon is included if needed)
- Clean condenser coils(does not include removing panels)
- Clean and adjust blower components in place
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Take electrical measurements(volts and amps)
- Clean condensate drain
- Measure temperature difference between supply and return air
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Clean or replace filters ( by owner)
- Test cooling safety controls
- Check thermostat calibration
- Lubricate all moving parts
15 Point Heating Clean and Check
- Visually inspect complete mechanical system
- Spot check ductwork condition
- Monitor complete heating cycle
- Clean and adjust blower components in place
- Tighten alll electrical connections
- Take electrical measurements (Volts and Amps)
- Clean the condensate drain
- Measure the temperature difference between supply and return air
- Clean or replace filters(by owner)
- Check thermostat calibration
- Test furnace safety controls
- Lubricate all moving furnace parts
- Check for carbon monoxide
- Examine heat exchanger for damage or corrosion
- Clean and adjust ignition and burner assembly

* Rebates may be available to any current or prospective Oklahoma Natural Gas customer. Only qualified natural gas equipment purchased, installed or serviced after 9-14-2011, will be considered for a rebate. ONG encourages each customer to review all program eligibility requirements.
ONG rebate checks will be mailed approximately 6 - 8 weeks after approval, subject to availability of program funds. Completed applications will be reviewed and processed by Oklahoma Natural Gas on a first come, first serve basis until program funds are depleted.
